Turobot provides digital products and services, including credits, subscriptions, and AI-generated worksheets. As such, we do not ship any physical goods.

⏱️ Delivery Times

All purchases are delivered instantly or shortly after payment is confirmed:

  • Credits and subscriptions are applied immediately to your account.

  • Worksheet access and generation is available through our Telegram bot or web platform.

  • Receipts are emailed automatically via Stripe.

If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase, please contact us at admin@turobot.io.

🌍 No Physical Shipping

We do not offer physical shipping, tracking numbers, or international delivery, as all products are digital. There are no shipping fees.
