Welcome to Turobot. This website and service are operated by Turobot, a sole trader business operated by Alexander Bencio under ABN 61 132 218 288. By using our services (including this website and our Telegram bot), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Turobot provides digital educational resources and worksheet generation tools. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or abuse the service.

3. Payments
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Turobot does not store credit card information. Purchases are delivered digitally, and your access is typically instant.

4. Credits & Subscriptions
If you purchase credits or a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage your usage. Credits are non-refundable and may expire if not used within a set period (see product description for details).

5. Intellectual Property
All worksheets, bots, tools, and content provided by Turobot are owned by us. You may not resell, copy, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided “as is.”

7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify you of major changes via the website or email.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some of the content and worksheets provided through Turobot are generated using artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for high-quality and educational value, we cannot guarantee that every generated worksheet will be accurate, free from errors, or suitable for your specific context.

It is your responsibility to review all content before using or distributing it. We are not liable for any misunderstandings, offensive content, or misuse of AI-generated materials. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
